• $225 nightly, 2 nights minimum.

• $1417.50 weekly (10% discount).

• $100 prep fee is charged for each rental.

  • Prep fee covers sanitization, propane (1/2 tank min), clean linens (Sheets, Blankets, Towels), and starter supplies kit (RV toilet paper, Paper towels, and soaps).

• 150 Miles per paid night included in rate.

  • Excess additional mileage is $0.65 per mile.

• 3 Generator hours per paid night included in rate.

  • Excess additional Generator usage billed @ $4.00 per hour.

• $1,000 refundable Security Deposit required prior to pick up.

• Rate does not include taxes, fees, insurance, or any chosen add Ons, and is for direct bookings.

• Clean sheets & blankets for each bed are provided. Towels are provided. Pillows available upon request.

• Kitchen cooking supplies, plates, cups, and silverware are provided however must be washed prior to return.

• Small selection of basketballs, footballs under the RV for outdoor family time.

• (8) camping chairs are provided for guest use, along with a 10x10 portable canopy, Folding table and outdoor rugs.

  • Guests can rent additional items including Coolers, Portable Propane Grill, Hitch basket, Portable Generator, ETC.

• We also include basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, soaps, a broom and a pack of RV toilet paper. If additional toilet paper is needed, renter must ensure it is for RV use.

• (1) EA Igloo 48 QT Cooler rental - $10 per trip.

• Ocean City Maryland - Beach & boardwalk with campgrounds w/ water parks.

• Williamsburg, VA - Historical area with lots of camping opportunities.

• Gettysburg, PA - Explore the battlefield and historical sights.

• Washington DC - Short commute from several state parks located in VA or campgrounds in MD

• Wildwood NJ - Beach in New Jersey.

• Outer Banks, Nags Head NC - Camp or fish on the island in the outer banks. Outer banks has several campgrounds.

• RV must be returned cleaned "rental" ready (cleaned & in same condition as picked up in) to avoid a cleaning fee of up to $600 (assessed at $75/hour.).

• Waste tanks must be emptied prior to return or a dump fee of $100 will be assessed.

• Pets must be approved in advance and a $75 pet fee is applied to cover additional shampoo/steam cleaning of carpets/upholstery. Pets must be crated while driving and when owner is a way to prevent damages. Primary renter is responsible for any damages caused by pets.

• NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUG USE is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held or forfeited until professional remediation can be obtained.  A penalty fee of $750 plus the actual professional remediation costs will be assessed.

• Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, while RV is in their possession, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.

• You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impound fees. Even if the notice arrives after return

• Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine & generator fluids and tire pressured levels at each refueling. Driving shall be discontinued if any overheating or warning lights illuminate. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.

• Seat belt use is required by law for all passengers in the vehicle. Children must utilize approved safety seats.

• Cargo inside the vehicle shall be properly secured to prevent damage and injury.

• Primary driver must ensure all pilot lights (Stove, Hot Water Heater, Fridge, Furnaces) & propane is turned off before entering any refueling/gas station.

• Vehicle shall only be re-fueled with approved fuel. (87 Octane gas).

• All doors shall be locked while vehicle is in motion.

• Roof access is prohibited due to the inherent dangers of walking onto the roof top.

• Driving during storms, heavy rain, or snow is discouraged. Discontinue travel during high winds, heavy rain/snow conditions.

• Towing is NOT permitted unless prior authorization is obtained. Towing fee is $50.00 per day.

• Vehicle shall not exceed posted speed limits or 65 MPH. Traveling at slower speeds is safer & encouraged.

• Backup Cameras / Mirrors and a spotter must be used when backing up.
